1. Data Processing & Privacy
By utilizing the BESS Assessment Portal, you explicitly consent to Kriti Productions collecting and processing your legal name and email address. This data is strictly utilized for the purposes of identity verification, secure proctoring of the live assessment, and the generation of permanent digital credentials.
2. Single Attempt Policy
This assessment is strictly regulated. Candidates are permitted exactly one (1) attempt to qualify for the certificate. Creating duplicate accounts or utilizing alternative email addresses to bypass this limitation is a violation of exam integrity and will result in disqualification.
3. Examination Conduct
This is a live, synchronously controlled examination. A global server timer dictates the strict duration of the test. Upon timer expiration, the system will automatically collect and submit your recorded answers, regardless of completion status. Unanswered questions will receive a score of zero (0).
4. Data Retention
Your final assessment scores and unique certificate identifier will be securely retained within our database infrastructure. This ensures we can verify the authenticity of your credential for corporate or educational inquiries in the future. We do not sell or share personal data with third-party marketers.
